The founder of Adaptive Leadership Strategies, LLC is Brenda Harrington. Brenda wanted create a space for organizational leaders, their key talent and teams to develop into the best version of themselves to do their best work. She has established a place for people to learn how not to surrender who they are in exchange for what they do, but instead work with awareness of their values, strengths, challenges and blind spots in order to establish the professional habits they need to be successful.
Brenda completed Leadership Coaching Certification at Georgetown University and maintains PCC certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds additional certifications for the Hogan Leadership Forecast (Hogan Assessment Systems), Global Mindset Inventory (Thunderbird School of Global Management), PXT Select™ and Checkpoint 360 Survey (Wiley), Government Coaching (CGC Partners/ICF) and Global Business (National Association of Small Business International Trade Educators/NASBITE). Brenda is an alumna of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Pamplin College of Business (MS) and Adelphi University (BA).
Adaptive Leadership Strategies maintains relationships with a diverse network of credentialed strategic partners experienced with executive coaching, organization development, learning and development and facilitation. We tailor coaching and cohort learning programs, presentations and workshops for delivery in-house, off-site, during organizational retreats and virtually.
