Brenda Harrington introduced me to the Profile XT (PXT) Assessment as a tool to enhance my organization’s recruiting and interviewing process and results. I gave it a try and am completely sold on the benefits! We had the top two finalists for a position take the online PXT assessment survey, and the survey results provided details on how closely the candidates matched the position’s performance criteria, and also gave me a great set of specific questions for the final interviews.
