Who can benefit from leadership coaching and development?

It is important for anyone working in a business or professional environment to adjust and refine his/her social behavior to effectively lead themselves, lead others and lead their business activities. This is especially true for individual contributors who transition to managing teams, existing managers transitioning into more senior management and leadership roles, and for leaders needing to expand leadership capacity to accommodate larger teams, more diverse teams and teams that are more widely disbursed.

Will what we discuss during coaching sessions be shared with my manager or company?

As the saying goes, “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!” Every coaching engagement creates a covenant of confidentiality between the coach and person being coached (the coachee). More than just an understanding, this requirement is explicitly stated in every coaching agreement.

Are assessments used for every coaching engagement?

Psychometric assessments and 360-degree surveys can add considerable value to an engagement but are not required. In addition to assessments that we administer, we are also able to use existing assessment data provided by the client.

What is the advantage of a blended program?

A blended program combines cohort learning or team building with one-to-one coaching. Participants have the benefit of a group learning experience with the added value of individual work with a coach that enables them to apply what they are learning to their specific and unique context.

Are there programs that are offered virtually, and other programs only offered in person?

Adaptive Leadership Strategies, LLC has extensive experience with virtual program delivery. All programs – including coaching, cohort learning, team building, focus group facilitation, off-site meetings and retreats – can be delivered virtually using a variety of virtual meeting applications.
